on southbound 895. 468, another accident location we're keeping tabs on. moving pretty well on the harrisburg expressway. 51 just prior to the beltway. no problems to report on the j.f.x. traffic is flowing pretty smoothly down to the beltway. up to speed on the north side for the parkville region. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> we are following breaking news. a strong earthquake off the northeastern coast of japan triggered a tsunami warning. so far there are no reports of any injuries or damage.

a warning was issued for a tsunami up to 6 feet high. this is for the same area that was devastated back in march of last year. officials created a task force to investigate the speed camera program. >> the vendor launched an investigation of its own. jennifer franciotti has the latest. >> chances are if you have received a base the ticket, you would like to know if the readings are true or false. so with the contract it company. they had conducted a test. this is between the j.f.x. exit and falls road. police closed all three lanes and sent three vehicles on

repeated test runs clocked by radar guns. looking at the cameras facing in the eastbound direction and they could not recreate the problem. 189 valid test runs were completed and all speed readings were within expected tolerance without anomalies. since that ever 29th, three cameras on coldspring and southbound on greenspring avenue bristol taking pictures but not to issue tickets. processing hold will be put on the cameras to allow for the collection of additional data. several recommendations have been made that dot is expected to go by. we will tell you what those recommendations are and when the findings should be complete. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11

news. >> a teenager is recovering after police look for suspects that assaulted her. this happened around 8:30 thursday night. she was taken to a hospital for treatment. anyone with information should call county police. more possible victims after someone was convicted of assaulting three girls. clarence taylor is now suspended from his job. he is accused of improperly touching the girls numerous times. the victims were as young as 10 years old. >> it is an overnight school and many students stay there. he had responsibility for the students that stay there overnight.

>> we're on coldspring near the j.f.x. exit and falls road. erroneous readings in at least three locations. the company that supplies these cameras has conducted their own investigation. d.o.t. is planning a takings of those recommendations and. here on coldspring lane, the contractor conducted a massive test of a camera aimed eastbound. police closed all three planes and sent three vehicles on repeated test runs clock by hand-held police radar guns and they could not recreate the problem. in the stockman, 189 palin test runs were completed and all
